HERCULES – East Bay Regional Park District Director Colin Coffey, who was appointed to the Board in February 2017, announced his candidacy for election this November.  “I love our East Bay Parks,” said Coffey.  “I am passionate about improving access to parklands and trails and continuing to enhance everyone’s Parks experience.”
